Terms of Use

1.1 Kuicall Credits

  • Kuicall services are pre-paid
  • Kuicall Credit is equivalent to one minute. You can purchase 60 credits for 5 USD or 150 credits for 10 USD
  • Credits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and expire after 12 months of inactivity.

1.2 Payment

  • Payments for services are made via methods listed on the Kuicall app.
    Kuicall may charge a processing fee and reserves the right to refuse certain payment methods.

1.3 Minute Rounding

  • The measurement of call duration is based on one-minute increments, meaning that the duration of a call is rounded up to the next minute. For example, if you call for 7 minutes and 10 seconds we will round up the call length to 8 minutes.

1.4 Countries Included

  • Please note that Kuicall’s services are only available to call North American countries/regions:
    USA
    Mexico
    Canada

1.5 Out-of-Country Usage

  • Using Kuicall services outside your home country won’t incur in long distance calls charges from your provider.

1.6 Account and Receipt

  • Users are responsible for saving their account records.

1.7 Expiration of Credits

  • Credits expire 12 months after the last service activity.

Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct. You are accountable for your conduct and content when using the Services.

 

a. By agreeing to these Terms, you’re agreeing that, when using the Services, you will follow these rules:

 

i. Don’t do anything illegal, or try to generate or share content that is illegal.

 

ii. Don’t engage in any activity that exploits, harms, or threatens to harm children.

 

iii. Don’t send spam or engage in phishing, or try to generate or distribute malware. Spam is unwanted or unsolicited bulk email, postings, contact requests, SMS (text messages), instant messages, or similar electronic communications. Phishing is sending emails or other electronic communications to fraudulently or unlawfully induce recipients to reveal personal or sensitive information, such as passwords, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, credit card information, financial information, or other sensitive information, or to gain access to accounts or records, exfiltration of documents or other sensitive information, payment and/or financial benefit. Malware includes any activity designed to cause technical harm, such as delivering malicious executables, organizing denial of service attacks or managing command and control servers.

 

iv. Don’t publicly display or use the Services to generate or share inappropriate content or material (involving, for example, nudity, bestiality, pornography, offensive language, graphic violence, self-harm, or criminal activity).

 

v. Don’t engage in activity that is fraudulent, false or misleading (e.g., asking for money under false pretenses, impersonating someone else, creating fake accounts, automating inauthentic activity, generating or sharing content that is intentionally deceptive, manipulating the Services to increase play count, or affect rankings, ratings, or comments).

 

vi. Don’t circumvent any restrictions on access to, usage, or availability of the Services (e.g., attempting to “jailbreak” an AI system or impermissible scraping).

 

vii. Don’t engage in activity that is harmful to you, the Services, or others (e.g., transmitting viruses, stalking, trying to generate or sharing content that harasses, bullies or threatens others, posting terrorist or violent extremist content, communicating hate speech, or advocating violence against others).

 

viii. Don’t violate or infringe upon the rights of others (e.g., unauthorized sharing of copyrighted music or other copyrighted material, resale or other distribution of Bing maps, or taking photographs or video/audio recordings of others without their consent for processing of an individual’s biometric identifiers/information or any other purpose using any of the Services).

 

ix. Don’t engage in activity that violates the privacy of others.

 

x. Don’t help others break these rules.

 

Privacy Policy

Kuicall respects and protects the privacy of individuals from all official websites and user communities that are related to Kuicall. This Kuicall Privacy Policy (hereinafter, this “Privacy Policy”) provides: without obtaining your prior consent, we will not intentionally disclose any contents that relates to your personal privacy to any third party unless otherwise stipulated herein.

 

1. What information about you is collected, how will we use it and how is it legal for us to do so?

We collect personal data in a variety of ways, such as when you visit any of our websites, download our app, interact with electronic advertisement, use the services in the app or on our websites, make a purchase, contact us and use our customer portal.

Categories of personal data we may collect and process:

Registration and account information: e.g. your phone number, name, email, profile picture, address and, password, time zone, language.

Device and connection information: We collect device and connection-specific information when you install, access, or use our services. This includes information like hardware model, operating system information, app version, browser information, and mobile network, connection information including phone number, mobile/phone operator or internet service provider, language and time zone, and IP, device operations information, and identifiers like device identifiers. When you install the Kuicall app, you’ll also be asked to allow us access to your mobile device’s address book. A copy of the phone numbers, names of all your contacts will be collected in order for us to provide functionality and administer our services.

Activity and usage information: e.g. information about your use of our services and the services of our Partners and other activities in relation to our app and/or our Partners, such as information about when you registered to use the services, how you use our services, items you purchase, transaction amounts, the features you use, your services settings, the time, frequency, and duration of your activities and interactions (e.g. the phone numbers and/or other identification details of the originating and receiving party, the start time, call duration, messages, mobile money top-ups, money transfers, delivery notices), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.

Location Information: We collect device location information if you use our location features.

Behavioural and tracking details: e.g. location data, behavioural patterns, personal preferences, IP-number, cookie identifiers, unique identifier of devices you use to access and use the services and our websites.

Payment information: We collect billing details, name, address, email address, bank details, card information and other financial information corresponding to your selected method of payment. However we will only store name, address, email and issuing bank (i.e. Rebtel do not store full payment card details).

b. Non-Personal Information. When users interact with our application, we may collect non-personal-identity information associated with the user. Non-personal-identity information may include your phone’s model, version of Android and other similar information.

Session and Available Data. “Session and Available Data” refers to data information relevant to connections and services that you provide to us when you use an application, service or website, including but not limited to, when you use our applications, services or websites. Session and Available Data includes information related to connection request, server communication and data sharing, including network testing, quality of service, date, time, and place / location. Gathering of information as described below, we may also gather Session and Available Data. Please note that Session and Available Data does not include any personal information, nor does it include any content that you might use applications (such as photo, contact, calendar, etc.), services, or website to send or share.

Login Data. When you interact with us, or use applications, services or our website, our system may automatically collect your unique user device serial number, IP address, the type of your browser or operating system, and the date and time that you use (the “Login Data”).

Summary Information. “Summary Information” refers to the data that we collected from a group or service type or users, in which users’ personal identity information has been removed. In other words, the information of how you use the application, services and websites may be collected and combined with how other individuals use the applications, services and websites, but personal identity information will not be included in the ultimate Summary Information. Summary Information can help us understand user demand trends, so that we can better develop new features, or provide tailor-made applications, services and websites.

 

2. How We Use Collected Information?

For Personalized User Experience – We may use your Information to understand your user characteristics, and other trends related to user’s habits;

To Help Improve Our Service – We may use yor Information to provide, maintain, enhance and improve our applications, services and websites, and the development of new services.

For the Further Development of Kuicall – We might use yor Information for market promotion and development purposes.

 

4. Users Sharing Your Information

We can not control the behavior of other users you share your data with. We cannot and will not control the behaviors of other users that you share information with when you use an application, service or website (including online forum), or how such users will use or share such information. We will not be responsible for any behavior or conduct of third party circumventing our security measures.

 

5. Emergency Calls: Kuicall services do not support emergency calls. Users must have alternative arrangements for such calls.

7. Amendment of This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to handle, amend, modify or otherwise change this Privacy Policy at any time and at our sole discretion, and if you do not agree to any amendment or modification of this Privacy Policy, you may stop using all of relevant applications, services and websites. Please note that our employees or agents have no right to change any of our policies.
